South from Atlanta, GA
 I-85 south to GA exit 1 (Hwy 18)
West on Hwy 18 three miles into downtown West Point.

North from Montgomery, AL
I-85 north to AL exit 79 (Hwy 29)
North on Hwy 29 three miles into downtown West Point.

West from Columbus, GA
I-185 north to I-85.  South on I-85 to GA exit 1 (Hwy 18).  West on Hwy 18 three miles into downtown  West Point.

Once in West point, simply follow the historical markers to Fort Tyler.  The main Fort entrance with public parking is located on 6th Avenue, 1/2 block north of 10th Street just NW of historic downtown West Point, GA.
